Regular Wrap:  The canvas is wrapped around wooden stretcher bars with the staples visible on the sides. Since you can see the stapes most people will frame their print.

Gallery Wrap: The image, printed on canvas, is wrapped around stretcher bars. The canvas is stapled in the back of the stretcher bars. This method is used when you do not plan to place your print in a frame but want to hang it up immediately.
